Happy staff equals exceptional results. This was the motivation by the Partners with the implementation of new working hours in February 2016. Staff have been given 2 hours of private time each week to use as they please. These two hours work on a take it or leave it basis. The aim of this is to give our people the chance to sort out their personal lives, or take the time to get some well deserved rest.

On top of this the Partners have also given the staff Friday afternoons off. The principal behind this is similar to the "no more homework" movements at certain schools. People perform better if they have less pressure, and are relaxed.

Our clients might be asking: What now? Will they be able to finish all our work? What if we have an emergency on a Friday afternoon?

Managers and seniors are all available on their cell phones 24/7.  Our commitment is to still finish all our jobs on time. We will also make sure your jobs are completed to the highest standards.

The new office Hours are

Monday – Thursday: 8:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:00

Friday: 8:00-13:00
